SparkVR provides immersive VR-based educational content for school students and educators. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
3. Accounts and Access
Access to SparkVR's platform is provided to schools and institutions through a formal agreement. School administrators are responsible for managing user accounts within their institution. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the SparkVR platform, including 3D models, curriculum modules, animations, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of SparkVR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Content and Conduct
You agree not to upload, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. SparkVR reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts accordingly.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. SparkVR is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
